ZIM Shipping has completed its first call at Jaxport (Jacksonville, FL) following a rearrangement of container-line services with the 2M Alliance. Jaxport may be hoping the new service will boost its inbound volumes given there was an 11.6% drop vs. a year earlier in the third quarter vs. 8.5% growth in the prior three quarters.
